Deep was efficient in getting me processed during a very busy Saturday and was able to make detailed notes regarding my issues for the Service Tech. They were able to address all my concerns and fixed the headlamp issue by replacing the harness. Also were able to get me a loaner the 2020 Lexus NX ...it was nice. My wife has an Audi coming off lease in Dec and we will definitely be considering the NX since we have owned an RX300 in past and she was able to “test drive” while I had loaner for day....great marketing to let customers try out your newest vehicles as loaners - unlike some of your competitors who loan out much older vehicles ! Very happy with my service experience this time...
