I’d like to express my deepest appreciation for your excellent customer service during my recent visit at Lexus Stevens Creek Service Center. Your keen eye and attention to detail saved a trip to the Hertz rental via shuttle after review of of the database notes. Having said this, I’m disabled and feared the hassle of jumping on the shuttle. My car required service due to a manufacture recall and a standard routine oil chg. Since I arraigned a service appt for an oil change I was set up with a loaner vehicle without being inconvenienced of taking a shuttle. I sincerely appreciate your help and attention to detail.
