This was an urgent situation. My wife and son both felt the burn smell during their 30 minute commute Wed morning. I immediately contacted Nathan and he was very proactive in supporting me that the car should be looked at without delay. It was logistically a hectic part of the week for us and he really helped us out. With his help - we had the least possible interruption.
