I was wrongfully accused during my experience. My brake light has gone out several times since I purchased my Lexus less than 6 months ago. I came to get it fixed for the 2nd time, and after waiting 3 hours I was told that I had gotten into an accident in this vehicle and that’s why the brake light isn’t working. I was asked to pay $1700 to fix it. I never got into an accident in this vehicle. I did not proceed with getting the brake light fixed yesterday, as I believe the light was defective. My brake light should not have gone out after just 6 months of use. I plan to speak with the corporate Lexus office regarding this experience.

The details on the car was not done to the expectations when I went to pick it and when it was pointed out to Ms. ****, she immediately took the matter into consideration and resent the car for a thorough detail service and I was given a loner car as well which I totally appreciate. Besides, Ms. **** made it more convenient for me not to bother bringing the loner car back to the service center all the way from Livermore when my car is ready for pick up, instead she sent my car all the way to my home. This gesture of Lexus is very much appreciated and I’m very happy to continue working with Melissa **** for all my future services.
