1. Very much appreciated Carlos’s assistance. 2. After the service, I found out there were 2 spots on the trunk cover scratched off paint. 3. I would like to be informed that if I checked out the loaner, will delayed to have the service done which I totally did not accept! If I made the appointment at 12:40pm, means I would expected my car to be ready by 3pm which was written on the receipt. It made me think of whats the meaning of making appointment?

My car was scratched during the oil change. It was taken in for painting and polishing. I came to pick it up and it has even more scratches now. I receive the car dirty and with more scratches. Not sure why the battery was disconnected on my car, now I’m trying to connect my phone to the car it’s asking me for a pin number. Not sure what was done to it

Upon arriving I told the service team that this was my first time at the facility. I was not informed about the process for service (I.e the minimum 2.5 hour wait for service, and car wash). I was also offered a ride back to my home via shuttle or loan but did not receive any updates the entire time I waiting for my vehicle. There was no estimate given for how long the service would take and it turns out the car was was holding up the vehicle (which I didn’t need or want given the car was brand new with a fresh wax). I was satisfied with my service being completed, however, I would have like to have been treated more professionally regarding information exchange from technician to customer. Even upon discharge I was told my vehicle had been fixed but was not explained in detail what the issue was and what the solution was. Overall, my technician Deep was very friendly and was sure to explain there would be no charge for the service and I was pleased.
