It was a basic service appointment but the entire experience was smooth and Steve was extremely helpful and responsive. Craig Carpenter who drove me to/from office was very courteous and great to speak with. Helps promote the brand as well.
My only recommendation is to see if the car delivery process could be speeded up upon checkout. Checkout process was smooth but wait time for car seemed a bit too long.

Only comment I have since we mentioned Lexus standards- the loaner cars should be cleaned inside/out and Fuel should be marked to Full always and then customers can return with Tank back to full. It is difficult to fill the gas tank to certain marker.
I think these little conveniences go a long way in the WOW factor for the customers... I for example ended up fueling the tank almost to full when I had taken only half full tank...
Staff was extremely friendly and nice though.

Poor communication. Service representatives should keep customers informed about their vehicles. I had to call several times to try and find out if my Lexus would be available the same day I brought it in. My wife and I have had Lexus vehicles since 1996. This is the first time I have had this problem.
