It was disappointing that i was given an estimate of a two-hour wait and when I hit the 2.5 hour mark, I had to initiate the check in to see where we were with someone at the service desk. My car was finally finished after 3 hours and I didn’t find him particularly apologetic about the wait time. I was given a key at the service desk after paying, went to my car, and all the paper and plastic covers were still on the seat and floor. It felt like disappointing customer service.
