The service to my vehicle always great. I have no problems with Hes Miranda. He was very professional and personable.
My loaner car that was assigned to me was where I had an issue. The interior had trash on all the floor boards, the trunk had used water bottles strewn about and plastic wrapping left. There was used makeup that rolled out from under the seats. The sun visor and roof had makeup stains on it. The overall cleanliness of the loaner was was disappointing. I have never had this issue before and usually have a great experience in the loaner cars.

Please review prior reported issues resulting in multiple returns to the shop. I received my vehicle today. The paint protection film on the door cups have been removed; however, the cuts are still visible on 3 of the four doors. It’s very disappointing as I was hoping to have my car back in the same new, scratch-free condition as when I brought it in for the film installation. Note that I just purchased the car this year and already have made multiple check-ins at the dealer/shop for repairs. I would appreciate a review and response on this matter. Thank you.
