Steve thanks for your note. I want to let you know my experience at pickup was very disappointing. They did not have my papers at the payment location, they asked me to talk to you, since I did not find you in your cabin, I asked them to page you. At this point I was miffed because I should not have to find you to figure out where my papers are. After waiting 20mins someone had the sense to go your cabin and search for the papers. Then I waited for my car to appear long after people who were processed after me had got theirs. After a while I asked the lady at the payment counter. She went herself and brought out the car. All in all it was the worst pick up experience at Lexus. Usually I am in and out in 15mins tops, unfortunately not today (it was about an hour). Sorry if you feel I am ranting - but I really want you to know what did not work so you get the service to be what it was.

I was waiting for about 2 1/2 hours because my service associate took a very long lunch probably over an hour another service associate had to give me a rental to be taken cared of my paperwork was sitting on his office for at least 45 minutes

Today, your service was very terrible.
I visited to there at 9:00AM
I had to wait for over 4 hours.
After 4 hours, I had to find out my car at 1:00 PM but I couldn’t.
I didn’t find my car because Chavez was gone for lunch without any information
I tried to find out my car because of my flight.
I could not still contact with him. After finding my car thank to other staff’s help
I could come to my house at about 2:30.
Today was very crazy because of one of your company.
I was very very disappointed at your service !!!
By the way
Your company’s lunch Time is from 12:00 to 2:00PM ?
If so, I think that it is too much long !!!
