This was my first service appointment since purchasing my Lexus, and wow-what a great experience! Excellent customer service from beginning to end, especially from Craig, my shuttle driver. He’s a definite asset to the Lexus service department. Marshall was very professional as well.

It was one of the worst experience I have had at Lexus service. I had to wait four hours for oil and filter change and tire changes. I had no status updates and could not find you so I had to ask another person and still didn't get estimated completion time. My car was outside and I had to find it and ask for a key. Very disappointed.

It was my first time with Lexus and I specifically asked to have my all weather mats installed. I provided them in my trunk and showed the representative. When I returned to Lexus after I was told my service was complete, no one came out to check with me and tell me what was done to my vehicle. I was upset to learn that my mats were not installed due to the rep “forgetting”.. Now as a first time customer, I do not have faith that my other service was done. How am
I as the customer to know what to expect? I was just told to go outside and wait for my car to be dropped off in a assembly line. I have been with Toyota prior to Lexus and they always have someone speak to the customer and notify them of the job that was completed under their care. That Instills trust and assurance that they did what was asked and it makes the customer value how much they paid for the service. I was upset with my first experience. Please pass this message to your teams. It’s an important for a customer to feel that trust, and o certainly did not.
