After paying for work completed, I waited for my car so I could go home. I went back to the cashier and she said that she would check to see where was my car. In about 3 minutes she returned and told me there had been a problem with the car washer machine and said I would get my car in about 5 minutes. I got my car in about 4 minutes. Suggest you establish a procedure in the future to preclude this problem from affecting other customers in the future. Thanks, Joseph G

Wait times to drop off and pick up we're really long. I was there for an hour just dropping off (I had a loaner reserved). Pick up was almost the same because no valet (thank you Carlos for personally getting my car).
