Dru was great, very helpful and nice to me. It was my first time doing service for my Lexus and for sure I felt comfortable and welcome thanks to Dru and everyone there. Even at check out today one of the specialists tried to help speed up the process for check out. The receptionist at the dealership was a little curt when I called in, but once I got through to the service center everything went really smoothly. You guys might want to make sure that it's clear to new customers that the service center isn't the same building as the dealership here though, I ended up 15 minutes late to my appointment because I didn't realize it was a lot farther away.
Steve and the receptionists at the service center were very polite and helpful, and the shuttle service was very convenient. I also appreciate that you guys washed all the dust off the outside of my car for free. All in all it was a polished experience and I didn't have to jump through any hoops.

Once again had great service came in for a maintenance service and on the way there I noticed a vibration when braking I mentioned this to Melissa she then checked my history and noticed I had purchased the extended warranty and maybe covered Melissa later came to inform me that my rotors are covered to re surface and that’s why I drive an hour to Stevens creek Lexus because of the honesty and great service and will continue to take my vehicle there thanks again

My service provider Hes Miranda was very professional and courteous I gave him 10 out of 10 scale. I will go back to ask him for car service. Unfortunately the lady at cashier desk I gave her 0 on 10 scale. The reason is I asked her could someone wiped water off my car as water were all over my car, to my surprised she responded there’s a rag you could wipe them off yourself. I was so shocked to hear that really since when the lexus service became so low that customers needed to wipe off the water from the whole car? I told her no I preferred someone to wipe them off so she did ask a valet boy to dry them off, he had to use two rags because so much water on the car.
