Deep is a great guy, he went over and beyond to help me, offered me a shuttle or car ride. He took the time to hear my concerns about my car very patiently and addressed and documented it at the same time. I was in and out of the service center in 15 mins. He was documenting and working on getting me a shuttle ride at the same time. Great multitasker. I will continue to request him during my visit at the service center. Definitely 10 stars to his customer service.
