Paymon was amazing as always and had my car serviced and ready on time for me - I really appreciate his help and his work ethics. It is because people like him I keep coming back to this location and I have been doing that for 10 yrs.
Having said that, I really hate the changes that is being made to to the same location I have been coming for 10yrs. In the past, there were greeters that will check you in and you wait inside until your service advisor is ready for you. This appointment was different, I was told to stay in my car until my service advisor was ready for me. I sat in my car outside in the heat for over 30 mins while the greeters were outside. Maybe have the greeters check ppl in and let customers go inside and wait for their service advisors. Having customers wait in their cars in the heat won't win you any customers. I almost left, but stayed because of Paymon. My advise...rethink how you greet your customers. We keep coming back because of the Lexus customer service incase you guys are forgetting that :( .

My husband and I Waited an hour for a car that had been completed 1 hour before we arrived according to text. Apparently the key was not at curbside and there was no effective follow up to find it. We were initially told at the curb that the car was in the wash. That appears to have been an assumption based on fact key was not at curb
The previous afternoon I had a text to say car was on schedule but I had to follow up at 7pm to find out it would be delayed till following day.

We had an appt at 9am for an oil change, but dropped the car off at 8:55. James informed us the car would be completed by noon. I called to check in at 2pm because I have not heard from James. In talking to James at 2pm, he informed me the car would be done and washed/vacuumed by 3-3:30. Still nothing from James at 3:30 we drove to the dealer at 4 only to find the car was still on the lift....we had to wait around for another 15-20 min. (Car was not washed nor vacuumed). Overall, bad experience POOR SERVICE!...
