He told me discount 20% off. When I pickup the car he call sick somebody take care me they give me just 10%.

There was an unacceptable wait to get my car checked in despite being on time for my appointment. About 30 mins while I stood around and my wife waited in her car for me. I know I pay more for Lexus service and I can not accept such slow check-in times.
