But, I do not like the new system of checking in. Despite being a few minutes for my appointment there was still a long wait. Who ever is in charge of the changes should reevaluate and tweak the process.

The check in process was ridiculous it took me almost an hour to check in my car and then I didn't have a reservation for a loaner car for me so I had to wait to get a loaner. Seriously this was the worst experience.
