My service rep, Deep, did an excellent job in helping me, and my dissatisfaction has nothing to do with his performance. In fact, he went out of his way to help me understand the process for getting help on an intermittent noise issue I've been having. Instead, this comment pertains to the abysmal checking process Lexus of Stevens Creek has adopted. It seems that rather continue to incur the cost of a handful of employees checking in cars, and having customers wait comfortable in the waiting area, the management has chosen to force customers that have already paid a premium to purchase a Lexus, and continue to pay a premium to have their car serviced at the dealer, incur the inconvenience of having to sit in their car, waiting to be checked in. The asinine reasoning behind this policy change is, quite frankly, beyond my ability to comprehend.
