I had appointment at 740am...arrived at 730 & had to wait until 820 to be helped.
The shuttle driver called me at 1230p telling me my car was ready. He picked me up from work & we arrived at Lexus at 1250pm. I had to wait 15 minutes in line to check out, then they told me my car was on the side of the building. It was not there & I waited until 130 & complained why did they call & tell me my car was ready when it wasn't. After complaining they said they would expedite getting my car to me &finally I got my car about 145...almost an hour later. 4 hrs later I got a text saying my car was ready. Ridiculous wait times & not worth exorbitant service fees.

Jerry was great, he definitely went above and beyond and made sure things were right for us. We had a bad exlerience when we took the car down to the service department initially, but that had absoultely nothing to do with Jerry, rather the female receptionist at the counter. Once Jerry caught wind of this he immediately contacted us, and even came to us himself to drop off a loaner and pick our vehicle for service. Nothing but good things to say about our experience with Jerry!
