The process of picking up the car after it was fixed was horrible. The people working the customer service area should be fired.

I'm still very positive about Lexus of Stevens Creek even after all the years since we bought in 2004. The only hiccup was the time it took to check in at appointment time. But Mike jumped in to make everything alright and get me out ASAP. The work was done quickly and I was overwhelmed that the car was washed, vacuumed, and filled with gas for a recall item service! Very professional and I will absolutely come back for future service needs.

I was not satisfied that even with an appointment made 2 weeks earlier for 1:00
I arrived I arrived at 12:55 and had to wait in my car 20-25 minutes for the 1st available service advisor to write up the job order for a standard servicetakrs. As a minimum the customer should be invited to wait inside and be able to have a cup of coffee while waiting for the service advisor. Further I waited 4.5 hours
before I notified my car was ready. I usually wait while my car is serviced which
generally takes 2.0 to 2.5 hours. I've been a long time loyal customer, I'm pleased with my car but found this recent experience completely unacceptable.
