I had requested a loaner. Waited for 45 minutes or so and then when I went to the counter I was told that I was in a general que south not Becker I could have been waiting for a long time. There was no note on file for my request for a RX.
I am a long time lexus owner. It seems that because I did not buy my car from this location that I am not important enough customer and should be treated differently.
