Josh didn't provide the services that I needed. He didn't give me all the options I can have and tried nikle and dime me on everything I have issues with. He is not listening to the customers or trying to understand the request. In all the past experience I had with Stevens Creek Lexus services, this is the first time that I was really mad and asked to see the manager. That just indicates how poor of the service I was given by Josh.

The engine oil coller pipe issue has been a known issue for Lexus vehicle. However despite brining my vehicle there for service I was never informed about it. I was lucky that i caught this leak without any engine damage. It could have been much worst.
I requested that I be given a complimentary oil change for the money already spent after it happened ( ie towing and initial diagnostic at the local shop etc.) I appreciate that Lexus fixed this issue without any charge, but I expect better from Lexus.
When it comes time to replace my car instead of looking at Lexus I will strongly look at Tesla. I wont have to deal with any oil leak problem.. Lol... :)

Body Bumper coming off was reported last year.
It was Repaired but came off some not as bad.
Lived with it until my appointment. Now they say
it is because of accident we never had. I noted
Mechanic did not replace broken revetts in first place.
I also has Service warranty for 5 and limitted for 10 years
The body is covered by manufacturer if it is corroded and
Broken. I read the warranty in Lexus Manual and even says
Covered for one year after 5 yr period. I went to Anita
Talked to her she said never heard 10 yrs. but that
It is signed Clear jet warranty Company. I am very much disappointed
No one cares except charging me $ 739.00 for 65 mile sevice
Just to replace oil and filter and inspection nothing else wrong.
