Excellent, personalized and courteous service. The gentlemen who check you in deserve a lot of credit - they offer to carry your "stuff" to your car, and always have a smile on their faces. Marshall Blank is very thorough, and explained everything about the repairs needed without making me feel like an idiot. I also asked him for a recommendation for a salesperson, which he provided. Well done, Lexus Of Stevens Creek service department!!!

Chet, Todd, Duncan, Steve (and one more Diagnostic Specialist I can't remember the name of) were extremely helpful. All of the staff I interacted with were very personable and made sure that all my needs were met.
I brought in a company car, but this great experience honestly made me want to purchase a Lexus for a personal car.

Deep was great. No issue there. But I had to return a second time because cables were disconnected during my initial service that were not reconnected.
Also, the whole Lexus Service experience has degraded with the confusing and dangerous new traffic pattern for incoming and outgoing cars. We used to enjoy relaxing in the nice service lounge while waiting for the service agent, or while waiting for our finished car. Now you're stuck waiting in your car in the hot sun before your appointment, and stuck standing by the side service door for your finished vehicle. Might as well just go to Midas for that experience.
