When I arrived at your service center 10 minutes before my 7am scheduled appointment 12 other cars where there in line. The appointment board stated only 5 cars where scheduled for 7 am. The 5 cars that where scheduled for appointments should have been met by a service representative before the other cars waiting in line got attention. I was forced to wait 35 minutes before I received a service representative. You need to correct this situation for my continued patronage.
