Carlos Muñoz was great help no complaints about him. Your valet parking personal made a mistake by helping the customers that arrived after me and I mentioned to them and all they said was, we'll mam you will be next after her.
I had to stay at the dealership an extra 25 minutes to wait for my turn because of your staff not paying attention to their job. This 25 min during my work hours means 3 hours wasted out of the office. And the weekends are so booked is hard to get an appointment. I will have to call at least 2 months ahead in order to schedule an appointment on Saturdays.
