I really appreciated the excellent service that Tony provided.

James service was excellent but I did not like the new method of dispatching customers at arrival: having to wait 20-30 minutes in your car and having to move it periodically to get the queue moving is not a pleasant experience. I used to come to service my car with joy. Now it is a very average experience despite James courtesy.

Was very efficient and organized Although Reading over the service paper work, there were some recommendations that I would have done if it was brought up to my attention and could have done what was recommended. It's nothing of urgent or harm to my car but I would have like to know before hand, instead of picking up the car and reading it on the paper work
