Tony is very personable, friendly, and exemplifies great customer service. He took very good care of me, communicated thoroughly, and even followed up with the folks who handled the loaner car when I called frantically because I had left two personable bags in the trunk. Tony made sure they were brought up to the front desk and even had the receptionist call me to assure me that the bags were safe and waiting for me at the reception desk. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. Tony is exceptional!

The change of the drop off and pick process is not an improvement. You have incoming, outgoing and loaner drop off in the same area...too congested!!!
Also having the service advisor going out to check incoming vehicles is not a process import. The incoming should be checked in by the check in team, they then should pull the vehicle out of the area to the the back. The system should electronically notify the advisor that their client has arrived and is checked in!
From my perspective having watched the process for the last 2 days early am, mid day and at 5...it's not working.
We have been Lexus SC customers for 10+ years, service has been enjoyable, feels like you broke it!
