Really dislike the check in process. I'd rather wait 30/30 over a cup of coffee and the newspaper than 10-15 min in the driveway. Makes me think about going to another dealership for service. Until now I've always enjoyed this se Vice center and I'm on my 3rd Lexus from SC Lexus.
