Frank was superb. However, when we picked up the car around 6 pm we found that it had not been vacuumed. Also the guy left the plastic cover over the headrest and the paper mat on the floor. Perhaps he had been called away before he had a chance to do the job.

Carlos was great! I just wish the facility has a better system to handle appointments. Even though I made an appointment, it still took 3 and half hours for a simple oil change. Not sure why you even bother to have an appointment system if the appointment are not honored.

The waiting time was originally said to be 2-3 hrs , we got our car 5 hrs later . We got a text that our car was done and waited outside for it for over 30mins . Also we said the navigation had issues , it wasn't fixed . They didn't even bother to change the "next service date" sticker inside my car
