After taking my new car in for the service to protect the paint I picked it up only for it to be dirty with bird poop on it. I understand that it was likely parked outside but I was unpleasantly surprised to have to take a dirty car home with me. I expected a higher standard of service, especially when the job at hand was related to keeping the paint protected.
