My service adviser was friendly and helpful. The main concern I had was I booked a 7am appointment and waited until 7:25am for service. I had to walk inside and ask for someone to help me. Upon picking up my vehicle my service lights were not reset. I expect a lot out of Lexus and know that you will make things right.
