Though I didn't have a scheduled appointment, he got me in as soon as possible and even arranged for a loaner car for me which allowed me to continue my day with very minimal interruption. He also went out his way to help me look for the other set of car keys that's been missing in the car. Further more, he clearly explained what was going on and possible outcomes. Very impressive!

I was told my car was almost done & would be ready in about 15 mins yet an hour later I was still waiting. It turns out my car was parked way over on the side of the building where you drive in & nobody bothered to tell me. Only when my agent returned from his lunch & saw me waiting did he go in search of my car. Perhaps a better system of communication between customer service agents is needed ....

Sherwin took care of an issue that I've been dealing with for four years. I was so aggrevated due to the lack of response, I was going to contact the corporate office for Lexus and file a formal complaint.
Sherwin took care of it in one visit. In my opinion, he should be managing the service department.

my only little complaint was that you have changed you check in procedure. Now, rather that leaving my car and going inside, I was asked to stand outside and wait for the rep, about 20 minutes, I stood outside. You might look at this feature.
