Carlos was great - he was very helpful, communicative, and accommodating. 2 things that were annoying about today: car wash was out of service (certainly no reflection of Carlos) but I spend a lot of money getting my car serviced and it's frustrating that this wasn't available , as I could go elsewhere for s much less expensive cost. Also, after my car was finished and brought out, I went to the car and the keys weren't there. Turns out the keys were "lost" for a while before finally being found in a loaner car. Just a simple mistake but one that could have been avoided. Again, Carlos was very helpful and was working to get me a loaner to solve the missing key problem so it's no reflection of his service.

Joshua was not a typical Lexus service provider. Cold and aloof!
Told me that it would take 2-3 hours for my service. I took the shuttle to the mall and when I arrived 2 and a half hrs later I had to talk to a customer service person. Joshua told me I got pushed back on the queue because I took the shuttle to the mall. Sorry I didn't know that service comes with a penalty!
After he talked to me and told me the car was being washed I still waited another 40 mins. Signed the paperwork with no apology from Mr. Joshua. I have owned a Lexus for all my adult life. Worst service ever!!! Horrible service location!!!
