Gary was a very good service rep! However, it took 3 1/2 weeks to get in for my service appt. Then when I arrived at my appointed time-9am- I waited 40 minutes in a ridiculous (and traffic-blocking line) 3 lanes deep! This is not the Lexus service I know!
