Gangadeep is my normal advisor whom I always make sure I get when I make an appointment with you guys. I've always been extremely happy with his service level. Not only that, if there is anything I need him to look into, he looks into it and follows up to make sure I'm satisfied. He's been great to work with. I'm not a big fan of the check in process this latest visit though. It was clunky and awkward so I'm not sure why you made that change but please consider going back to the old check in methods with the valets. Thanks!

Paymon handled paperwork for my scheduled service well. There was hiccup after I was texted that car was ready. I waited over 20 min when I saw my car being driven towards line of cars ready for customer pick up. Driver did not stop, I thought my car was being 'stolen'. I stopped a service guy & told him that was my car. He gave chase, turns out my car was being driven back towards service bays. The service guy who gave chase came around a few minutes later & I was able to pick up my car & go home. The pick up process for cars which have completed service can be improved, there were customers waiting who had been texted their car was completed but car was not in pick up area.
