Had an appointment for 1:40. Arrived a few minutes early and waited in my car for 25 minutes until a service advisor came to get me. Pointless to have an appointment. My time should be respected the same way Lexus demands respect. Owning a Lexus is a luxury. Nothing about this experience was luxurious. To top it off, when I explained how long I was waiting to the advisor he did not show a care in the world. Such a disappointment.

I had no problem with Marshal but the whole experience coming from someone that has been coming in for service since 2002 this was probably my worst experience!!! to me the changes that have been made since my last service in my opinion makes me want to find a different location for service or different vendor all together!

I wasn't told the car was in the car wash and would be ready in 30 min. When I got there 40 minutes later it hadn't gone in the car wash yet and wasn't ready for an additional 30-40 minutes. It screwed up my schedule that afternoon as I wasn't expecting to wait 40 minutes when I got there.
