I was disappointed that I had to wait 40 minutes after my appointment time to be helped (although Mike Babcock did provide efficient service once it was actually my turn). In the past, when picking up my car, the gas has been topped off and car washed, which was much appreciated. This time, my car was returned to me without paper covers on the floor mat, and I found additional trash left by the service team on the floor of the car. Overall, this visit was significantly less satisfying than prior visits.

I was not happy at all with the service I was provided. I turned in my car for it's 25K mile service. In addition to that, all depending on the various road conditions, I hear crackling under the dash on the driver side. Something must be loose under the dash to make this sound. This happened in 2016 in which you guys fixed on the passenger side. It is now happening on the driver side. I was proactive, and I took a video of my car while I was driving when it was making the crackling sound. I have provided proof, and Tony Machado chose to overlook my video in which you can clearly see where the sound is coming from; moreover, you can hear it. He said that he had a few technicians drive the car, and they couldn't hear it, so they are not going to do anything about it. I find this unacceptable. The road conditions are very smooth where the Lexus service station is at, and I do not have the time to drive all of the place with a technician, so thats why I took the initiative and provided proof by video. Like I stated, this happened in 2016, and I provided a video along with sound as proof, and you guys took care of the issue. We need to talk, and this needs to be resolved. The really need to fire the crackling.

I didn't mean I was happy with James. I mean I'm very please with outcome of the work. Except for the washing of the car. I mean cleaning of the front windshield from the inside. They seemed to use an oil and I had to clean again once I got home. Regarding James, he really did explain things to me to much. For example, I was waiting for a phone call. It want till I got home and read the paperwork did I realize I should have looked my email. I'd prefer to work with a different person son next time. But I do like the work your technicians do.
