It was unacceptable the time it took to get my car out from the back. After asking several times where was it. Louis finally came to my rescue and found my car. Waited close to a 1/2 hour. Along with other of your customers.

It took me almost one hour to pick my car after service is done. Even after Frank gave my paper to a guy but I am still waiting for more than 15 min. It ruins my next schedule. It made me so upset that at the first minutes when I got my car, I could not drive. Even though I should not be mad to the gentleman who handed my car to me. Pass my sorry to him if you know who he is.

Michael's service was excellent. He apologized for lengthy wait and promptly,but thoroughly covered all my concerns.
What I appreciated most of all was that he did not "coach" me in regards to how he wanted me to respond to your survey. Previous Service Reps have done that and I find it offensive. I customer should respond however they deem appropriate based on their experience.
If the scale was 1-10, I would rate Michael Babcock a 10!
