Joshua is very friendly and helpful. He is also very knowledgeable on Lexus cars and service plans. I was in the rush to get my service done, Joshua tried his best to expedite and was able to get my 60k service done less than 2.5 hours. I'm very impressed and appreciated his effort.
I'll book my next service with Joshua.

The wait time for checkin and service (courtesy car) were very long. There wee no loaner cars available for services two hours or less. This is different than services available when I bought the first Lexus in 1980. Service mattered.

It's terrible experience.
1. He never called after a day's delay
2. I called him and never replied
3. Some addressed issues have not fixed and I wasn't properly informed how to get fixed. (Why do I need you guys then?)

Though I am satisfied with your overall service for long time.
However I do think that Mr. Sheffield may need more training for the newer models. I asked Gary four questions regarding my GS350. No kidding. He couldn't answer them at all. I was astonishingly surprised why he was there for the job. I did remember he was handling my previous old 2001 GS300 before. But he is either not up to with the newer models, or he just doesn't like me. So I will ask for someone else next time.
