This was perhaps this least satisfying car-device day of car service of the past 50 yrs that I have owned a Rambler Chevrolet. , Buick Cadillac and Lexus my appointment was made about 30 days ago . It wa not a " walk in appt. And yet for a New car 3rd - follow up service, I had to wait over four hrs . Iranically Mr Paymon is a friend of mine. He was overwhelmed. Lexus IS a great car . I am still disappointed regarding to Lexus warranty enhancement program that could not give me another chance because I had not received the notification and missed the expiration date.
Cracks on dashboard like this on many Lexus SUV luxury cars due to bad material defects will affect to Lexus's reputation in many years to come if Lexus Corporation does not take any further corrective actions. It has made me, relatives and friends thinking twice before buying this luxury brand name car
again.
