When I called and asked the cost of the oil maintenance I was told something like $127. Today it was over $200. James did give me a discount but it was still way more than the price that was quoted.

He was great. The 25 min check in and 10 min wait to pick up the car was painful. I get thee at 6:55 for a 7:00 am appt, I do not expect a 25 min wait. I get better service with my chevy. Terrible. Still painful. What a waste of my time and lack of respect for your customers. We are busy too. Just painful. The service guy tried his hardest. Your process is terrible.

I made an appointment for 9:20am but when I got there, the lot was packed with other people trying to drop off their vehicles as well. Did everyone else have an appointment at the same time? Was it just overbooked? I waited in my vehicle for half an hour until someone came to my vehicle and wrote my name down and said I could wait inside. Inside, I waited for another half hour until a service rep came to start my maintenance. At this point it was 10:30am when my scheduled appointment was 9:20am.
After speaking with the rep, he estimated the service time to take about 1 hour and 45 minutes. I brought my work laptop with me so I decided to wait for my vehicle. After 3 hours with no update, I looked around for the service rep who was helping me and asked him for an update. He looked around for someone and found out that they were looking at a scratch on my car that I mentioned. I continued to wait since he said they would be done soon. About half an hour later, the service rep told me that they should be bringing my car around to the front. About a half an hour after THAT, they actually brought my car up to the front.
Overall, I waited for over five hours. The estimates for the maintenance were way off and led me to think that waiting for a couple hours was an option. When there were delays, there were no updates as to what was actually happening. When they told me someone would be pulling my car up to the front, it actually took half an hour.
The real kicker? An hour after I drove home, I got a text message saying my vehicle was ready.

Shirwin is ok but it took us almost 1 hour and 15 minutes to just waiting for our car to pick up after we dropped off our loaner car and the worse thing our car was not even washed yet with all dusty so after we complainning with Shirwin and the valet guy then it got washed. Our complete services cost us almost $900 and this is how we got treated, compared to Coliseum Lexus or Magnussen Lexus this is way off. Those two got the best service and the best prices in the bay area. Everything has been change for Steven Creek Lexus from the way the customer been treated as well as the prices. We've been a loyal customers with your dealer but after this terrible experience we not sure if we will do business again with you guys or neither with my friends or my family members after I told them about this.
