I was very disappointed the second to last time I came into the service center, both with the office and garage employees. I was worried about bringing my car back and having more issues, but was very very surprised when I met Joshua. He was extreamly professional, very direct, funny and got me in and out very quickly. I took his business card and am going to ask for him every time I come in for work on my car. Joshua has restored my faith in this service center, where as before I would have given this place a 0 out of five starts. Joshua really went above and beyond my expectations!
