The ONLY fumble was that a made a service reservation online that was not in the system when I arrived. But, Ramsin was able to still get me in at 2pm, my regular time. I had driven from Menlo Park chasing SC over Putnam.
Could not complete the repair that day but gave me a nice new SUV.
Fixed the problem that I thought was suspension and turned out to be sunroof! Great tech discovered it. No charge under warranty. A+
