When I went for first service, I complained to Marshal Blank that my car makes knocking sound.
He suggested that I should use premium gas. Lexus does not recommend that for RX 350. When I pushed hard. He put that in comment for technicians to look into. Otherwise, was reluctant to even pay attention to it.
Somehow didn’t find him very people friendly.
Next time, will try another service station or another service advisor.
