I took my car in for service today and when I picked It up. I noticed there was a black line going around the right front fender. It looked like my car was rubbed against something during the services. I feel unsatisfy because the Lexus staffs whoever did it doesn’t taken care of it until I pointed it out and I have to wait for another 45 minutes which delayed me to get back to work. It was lucky that they can take off the black line without scratch the paint but still a little dent.

The service was excellent until the very end. My car was washed but not completely washed. I felt as though it would of been better if they just left the car unwashed versus leaving streaks, residues, and markings from the wash.

I discovered an intermittent headlight last night and immediately looked for an opening at the service department. It was booked for the next week so I sent Mike an email to see if he could help. This morning he contacts me that he can get me in at 2:00 this afternoon. I waited for the repair in the comfort of their lounge area ready and having a provided snack. I was back on the road in about an hour. It all went very well thanks to Mike and now the car is safe to drive after dark. Thanks.

Not only was i very happy with Frank, but was completely satisfied with
