While the people were knowledgeable and helpful, absurdly long wait time to be taken care of (with a reservation ahead of time) makes me feel like my time is not valuable at all. In the past I would usually goto the dealership for my service needs. Next time I feel more compelled to search for alternatives that will fully satisfy my needs.

Joshua was great. My only complaint has nothing to do with Joshua. I had an appt scheduled for 7:00AM and unfortunately had to wait in a long line (I doubt that many people had 7:00 appts!) and it took over 30 minutes to check in and get my rental car. I don't think it's fair that people with appts have to wait behind people who came hours before their scheduled appt time.
