The service rep was very good once we finally met. When I first pulled in, I sat in the car for about 5 minutes and no one said anything. So I got out and went up to the outside desk where there were 2 Lexus employees standing. Neither one of them said a word to me until I finally asked after a minute if I am supposed to wait by the car. After someone finally came up to the car and told me to wait inside for a service rep, I waited about 30 minutes before the service rep came out to check me in. Everything from that point on was fine.

I still have to wait for 3 days to see if the tinted films are done right. I think they are but I was asked to wait for 3-5 days.
I wanted to recommend that when someone like me brings in a $110k lexus car for service, it should be cleaned before it is delivered to him.

I had a problem with my service. I sent two emails to my service writer regarding the issue and received no response. I phoned the severice department and left a phone message for the service department manager,Todd Raben, to call me. I have not been contacted. I am very disappointed with the commitment of your service.

After getting it serviced, my trunk wouldn't open with the button or he key. Had to come back to the service center for them to unlock it the wait times are the service center are ridiculous, doesn't matter if you have a reservation. Just overall not a satisfing experience
