Carlos was super helpful and i enjoyed working with him during my service at Lexus. He was very clear on what will happen and i wouldnt go to any other lexus representative or consultant except him! he helped me and im glad to have met him. Service order was quoted to replace parts, however, when parts weren't replaced (because it wasn't needed) the invoice totals weren't properly or fairly adjusted. Frank did not return phone calls nor email messages promptly, problem wasn't solved and had to be escalated to the service manager and then to the general manager. It was an exhausting and terrible experience.

The service rep was very good. My issue is that every time I go in there it takes forever to check my car in. Both times it has taken at least 45 mins or more just to drop off my car There are always a bunch of employees hanging around talking about lunch, their weekend etc telling me how busy they are and that is why I have to wait so long
