Keeping on waiting for 40 minutes for an appointment service is not good. I don’t think it is some accident on highway caused this situation it shows a problem with your scheduling system and capacity. I talked to other people, my experience is not a one off today. Please do something so we get smooth experience. We want to service our cars without a significant impact on our daily work.

The time it took me to drop off and pick up my car was over 2 hours. I made an appointment for a reason, it took 20 minutes of me sitting in my car until someone helped me. After that I waited 45 minutes for an Uber because the shuttle was so backed up. Why didn’t they just give me an Uber right away if the shuttle was backed up?? Then when my car was ready I got three calls voicemails and text messages. It was about 30 minutes until I was ready to be picked up via Uber. Then I got to Lexus and my car was not even ready, I had to wait another 45 minutes! Why was I informed 6 times my car was ready to then get ther and it’s not even ready. They rushed the car wash because they new they messed up. Very disappointed.
