Waited very long for vehicle customers before me & after me got their vehicles when I asked to check on my vehicle told rudely I had to wait nevsr offered to check i had to walk over to my service adviser & ask him my vehicle was ready immediately

I was very sorry not to see Teddy Chiu and learn that he is on furlough.
I miss his Pre-service explanation, his mid-service call advising me of findings and his coming in to the waiting area to explain all the work completed.
I hope when we are on the other side of COVID19 that all furloughed Longo employees will be back.
I very much appreciate Longo’s excellent care of us customers and I would want to believe the care of employees would be equally excellent!
