Beyond grateful for my recent experience with Bruce. I brought my car in as instructed by AAA after a battery jump. It was a false alarm and my car battery was fine. I felt embarrassed for coming in but was assured by both Bruce and Jesus C that safety is important and better to be safe than sorry. They provided excellent service from the moment I brought my car in to the time of pick up. I have a lot of trust in Bruce and prefer to bring my car to him.

Marissa was great I will request her to be my service advisor going forward. The issue I have is that I took my truck in for service had no issue with the battery truck would start every morning no issue. The morning after I picked up the truck the battery was completely dead so I jump started it got to the store parked did my shopping came out to leave and it wouldn’t start again had to call aaa to get it jumó started. So I don’t understand what happened with my battery I had to go out and spend 200 for a new one. Wondering what happened

Marissa was great, she called me once the mechanic checked my vehicle and informed me of what the vehicle needed. Marissa also asked if i wanted to do the 2 items that were recommended. She also called me right away to let know that the vehicle was ready. Very nice and helpful.

Hello. To be honest Mathew McCarty customer service was okay. What I’m upset about and I explained that to Mathew that it took over two hours to service my truck. I had made an appointment to service my truck at 3:47pm but I intentionally got out of work early to get there earlier than my schedule appointment, with the intention if I get there early they’ll service my truck earlier, get out earlier from longo toyota . I arrive at exactly 3:11pm , that’s 36 mins ahead of my schedule appointment. It upsets me that I waited more than two hours to get my truck back. Secondly how you guys don’t prioritize customer that actually make it to the appointment on time or before schedule appointment. There no sense of urgency with longo toyota service team. For what I saw , is employees being in their personal phones texting away.. really disappointed on longo toyota , I thought longo toyota was the best there is. I’m surprise because I’ve gotten my truck fixed with longo toyota collision department twice . They’re service was outstanding and on point. I rate longo toyota service department an “F” .
